Terms & Conditions of Delivery

 We use Australia Post for delivery, which typically takes 5 to 7 business days from your order being dispatched. Deliveries will be made Monday – Friday during business hours & must be received/signed for by an adult, and proof of age may be requested. If the parcel is not received (or an adult is not present to receive it) then a card will be left in your letter box & your parcel will be delivered to the nearest post office for you to collect.

 For shipping purposes we can typically fit the following into a carton:

12 x 660/750ml

16-20 x 500ml

20-24 x 330/375m

 We will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your order to confirm availability, postage cost & to take payment details. Postage cost will vary based on the dimensions & total weight of your carton, and we can discuss your options with you over the phone. If you would like to approximate freight cost, you can use the following calculator (link below). A full carton is approximately 15kg & 25x24x36 (HxWxL) and our postcode is 6105.

 We will make every effort to ensure that your order arrives to your desired location promptly and in good condition. We will take no responsibility for incorrect delivery details (or insufficient detail) provided by you or orders delivered to your desired location but not received by you. Anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods on behalf of the addressed will be considered authorised to do so.

 Delivery times can not be guaranteed, and any times quoted should only be taken as a guide. You acknowledge and accept the risk of a parcel not arriving within any time frame quoted.

 We strive to provide the freshest, best quality product available, but can not guarantee that the products supplied will be in the condition that you expect. You accept the risk that the product may have changed during storage or transport and acknowledge that we are not obliged to refund or exchange goods that do not meet your expectations.
